I have a Bachelors Degree in Business from NAU, and became an entrepreneur in 2012 by starting my own business in the Real Estate Industry. As the sole proprietor, I bootstrapped my business while I worked my way through college, generating clients and awareness of my business through social media advertising, business cards and doing quality work to sustain relationships and build new ones. 

 

Today my business is a successful LLC, I have 14 employees and an integrated Human Resource program to track compensation, benefits and performance evaluations. Over the last year growth has inclined me to hire an office manager and an accountant, which has given me more free time to market my business and do freelance work.
